In what appears to be a Friday routine for the past few weeks, protesters showed up at the Public Utilities Board (PUB) offices on Torbay Road in the east end of St. John’s. They were voicing their concerns over proposed rate hikes in power bills once the Muskrat Falls project goes into full power mode in 2020.
