Canadian Federation of Students – NL organizes Provincial Day of Action protest

They joined fellow students from around the province for a Provincial Day of Action to call on the provincial government to restore funding to post-secondary education.

Students want the reinstatement of the needs-based grants program; restoring funding to the College of the North Atlantic and Memorial University and progressively reducing tuition fees to the point of elimination. The demonstration was organized by Canadian Federation of Students – NL.
