A convenience store in Shea Heights was damaged Friday night when a car collided with the front of the business.
When the Telegram arrived on scene, paramedics could be seen treating the driver of the car just inside the front door of the store. The car was sitting nearby with its front end embedded in the front wall.
The man was eventually taken to an Eastern Health ambulance and treated. It’s not known if he was taken to hospital.
The store suffered some structural damage.
The RNC is investigating the incident.
