The Channel-Port aux Basques RCMP are investigating a report of an erratic driver on the Trans-Canada Highway near South Branch.
The incident occurred on the morning of Sept. 12, according to a RCMP release.
Police located and stopped the vehicle shortly after receiving the report.
A dashcam video subsequently surfaced showing the same vehicle passing on a solid line and just missing a tractor trailer.
The investigation is ongoing.
