HARBOUR GRACE, N.L. — Charges were withdrawn Wednesday in relation to an armed robbery at the Bay Roberts Legion.
Barry Shawn Wilson Power was charged more than a year ago with unlawfully committing robbery, assault with a weapon or imitation, and being disguised with intent. Those charges stemmed from an alleged incident at the Bay Roberts Legion in March of 2018.
The matter was called again at Harbour Grace Provincial Court Wednesday, May 15, where the charges against Power were formally withdrawn.
