The city’s annual heritage awards recognize people, businesses and institutions for their efforts in heritage restoration.
At the Monday evening council meeting, the city gave six awards ranging from recognition for preserving and restoring the original character of a building to successfully integrating modern elements while rehabilitating an older building.
