Investigators with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary were on the scene of a house fire on Hendon Drive in Corner Brook on Friday morning.

The fire was reported at approximately 7:10 p.m. on Thursday. The Corner Brook Fire Department and the RNC responded to the scene.

Police say there was no one home at the time and that the house was extensively damaged.
