You could say that a river runs through it.

The Placentia-Whitbourne District RCMP are advising users of the Newfoundland T’railWay there is a large and very hazardous washout approximately halfway between the Whitbourne/Markland access and Route 100 (the Argentia Access Road).

Due to the severity of the washout, the T’railWay is inaccessible in this area.

The RCMP are advising the public the area is very dangerous, with fast moving water running through the washed-out portion and are asked to stay out of the area until repairs can be made.

Barricades are in place.
