Motorists and pedestrians are advised that Back Line in Goulds, St. John's, will be restricted to local traffic only from Doyle's Road to Dooling's Line beginning Tuesday at 7 a.m. until Friday, Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m. for replacement of culvert crossings near 324 Back Line. The road will be closed and will be impassible at the location of the culvert replacement.
Local traffic and emergency vehicles will have access with all other traffic detoured around the work site. Traffic flow will be maintained by signage; slowdowns can be expected in the area.
The city is asking motorists to obey and follow all posted signage in and near the construction zone.
