Donation of dolls earns this Conception Bay South woman a legion of fans

Members of Branch 1 of the Royal Canadian Legion arrive at Madonna Porter's home to collect items that will be auctioned to help their work

An appreciative Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 1, presented Madonna Porter with flowers and many expressions of thanks Saturday morning for the kind donation of her huge collection of Barbie dolls and other collectables to the legion. A number of legion members arrived at her C.B.S. home to pack up and remove the collection that will be auctioned off at a later time.
