ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Royal Newfoundland Constabulary patrol officers arrested a 53-year-old man following a traffic stop in the west end of St. John’s Wednesday afternoon.
The man was taken into custody for operating his vehicle with a suspended driver’s licence and for what police call “a large sum of outstanding fines.” The vehicle was impounded.
He’ll appear in provincial court this morning.
