The fire was contained to one room with the fire, smoke and water damage and smoke and water throughout the remainder of the dwelling.

The RNC was there to check the homes to ensure all residents were out safely.

One resident who exited the house on fire was wearing just a a shirt and jeans and firefighters gave him a warm blanket to cover himself until paramedics arrived to check him over.

Water is freezing on the street and the fire crew is awaiting city salt crews to cover the street so firefighters won't slip.
