St. John’s Regional Fire Department crews were called to a house on James Lane in the city’s west end on Wednesday morning due to an incident involving the home’s kitchen propane stove.

There was no serious damage to the home or any injuries reported to the home’s occupants, but Eastern Health paramedics attended the scene in case they were needed.
