GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, NL –A Grand Falls-Windsor man had his vehicle seized and impounded on Thursday, May 17, after police discovered he had a suspended driver’s licence and owed over $5,000 in outstanding fines.

The man, 23, was initially stopped by the Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP for having tinted windows in his vehicle.
