Fire destroyed a home on Easons Road in the Manuels area of Conception Bay South Saturday night.
CBS fire chief John Heffernan said they responded to the area just after 8 p.m. following multiple calls to 911 reporting the fire. When firefighters arrived on scene, Heffernan said the house was fully engulfed in flames.
They quickly connected to nearby hydrants and hosed down the flames but the home was levelled by the fire before it could be contained.
Heffernan said there was no one home at the time and there were no injuries.
There was no information available as to the cause of the fire and the RNC is investigating.
