Human remains found in Conception Bay South are ‘quite old’: police

RNC suggests no connection to existing missing person cases

FOXTRAP, N.L. — The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary confirmed that human remains were found along T’Railway near Foxtrap, Conception Bay South Saturday morning. 

The RNC’s major crime unit, in consultation with the Office of Chief Medical Examiner, determined the partial skeletal remains are quite old and therefore are not believed to be related to any current missing person cases.

Police also aren’t concerned about any public safety risk.
