Impaired driver charged after accident in St. John’s

St. John’s, N.L. — Shortly before 9 p.m. Friday, the RNC responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Paddy Dobbin Drive in the east end of the city.
A 39-year-old man was apprehended and charged with impaired driving and obstruction.
He was held to make a court appearance.
