A Saturday night drive in Conception Bay South didn’t end well for a 46-year-old man.
After receiving a report of an impaired driver, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) located and arrested the man for impaired driving and operating a vehicle over the legal limit (0.08).
Following the arrest, he was charged on both offences, his vehicle was seized, his license was suspended and he was served notice that he would appear in court at a later date to face these charges.
The RNC then passed him off to the RCMP who arrested him on an outstanding warrant.
