Kilbride — An impaired driver stopped in Kilbride Friday is without his vehicle today after failing the Breathalyzer.
Police pulled the 37-year-old man over around 10 p.m. He was charged with impaired driving and failing the Breathalyzer, and was issued summary offence tickets for driving with expired registration, operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s licence and failing to transfer ownership.
The vehicle was impounded and the accused was released to appear in court at a later date.
