Twelve jurors and two alternates have ben selected to hear testimony in the first degree murder trial for Anne Norris.

A tearful Norris watched proceedings in Supreme Court in St. John's Monday morning as the jury was selected from a pool of 200 people.

Norris, 30, is accused of killing 46-year-old Marcel Reardon, whose body was found beneath an outdoor stairway at Harbour View Apartments in St. John’s May 9, 2016.

Her trial is due to begin Monday morning in St. John's
