Lottery launch gives look at luxury living

The Health Care Foundation (HCF) launched its eighth annual Hospital Home Lottery Wednesday morning, with the grand prize being a $1.1-million show home located at 64 Parsonage Dr. in Virginia Water Village off of Logy Bay Road.

Built by Rockwood Homes, the 3,900-square-foot home has a 225-square-foot all-season sunroom, walkout deck, modern gourmet kitchen and unplugged music studio complete with a wet bar in the basement. The winner of the luxury home, which comes fully furnished and professionally decorated by Marie Bishop Interiors, will also receive a cash prize of $10,000.
