Mount Pearl, N.L. — A 41-year-old man was arrested and charged after an incident in Mount Pearl Saturday night shortly before 9 o’clock.

The RNC responded to a report of threats. The suspect was arrested for uttering threats and common assault.

He was released to appear in court at a later date.
