ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — A 46-year-old man was arrested after the RNC responded to a report of a fraud in progress at the Village Shopping Centre in St. John’s Saturday afternoon.

The man was detained by security until police arrived.

He was charged with fraud and uttering a forged document and held to appear in court.
