Man arrested for assault at Mount Pearl home was there illegally

Mount Pearl, N.L. — The RNC responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in Mount Pearl shortly after 9 p.m. Friday.

A 38-year-old man was charged with assault and unlawfully entering a dwelling.

He was held at the lockup to appear in court in this morning.
