Man arrested for parking meter tampering in St. John’s

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary picked up another parking meter vandal overnight in St. John’s.

The 26-year-old male is believed to have tampered meters downtown near 3 a.m.

He was arrested for theft and breach of probation and will appear before the court this morning.
