Around 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning, Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) officers pulled over a driver in Mount Pearl after receiving a report from the public of a possible impaired driver.
Police say the 38-year-old man failed the breathalyzer and was charged with impaired driving, failing the breathalyzer, and driving while suspended.
According to an RNC report, the man was released to appear in court at a later date.
