Man charged with impaired driving after accident in St. John’s

St. John’s, N.L. — A 40-year-old man was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in St. John’s centre Saturday night around 11 o’clock.

 He was charged with impaired driving and failing the Breathalyzer.

The vehicle was impounded, a number of summary offence tickets were issued to the driver who was then released to appear in court at a later date.
