Paradise, N.L. — An early morning traffic stop by the RNC on Topsail Road in Paradise has resulted in charges for a 26-year-old man. The driver was charged shortly after 3 o’clock this morning with failing the Breathalyzer and impaired driving. His vehicle was impounded as well.
He released to appear in court at a later date.
