ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — The RNC arrested a 41-year-old man after a disturbance at a downtown business early Sunday morning.

Around 3:10 a.m. the police responded to a call from downtown St. John’s business. The suspect was charged with uttering threats to cause bodily harm.

He was to appear in court in the morning
