St. John’s, N.L. — A Thursday-morning traffic stop by the RNC on Torbay Road around 8:30 resulted in a 48-year-old man being charged under the Highway Traffic Act with driving while his licence was suspended.

Police also found he had no insurance policy and was operating an unregistered vehicle.


He was released to appear in court at a later date. His vehicle was impounded.
