Newfoundland and Labrador gas prices up in weekly adjustment

The cost of a litre of gas went up by two cents as of this morning.

That means the most expensive price per litre of gas on the Avalon Peninsula is now $1.25.

In other price adjustments from the Public Utilities Board today, diesel climbed 2.6 cents per litre (cpl), and furnace and stove oil increased by 2.22 cpl. The price for a litre of propane was static.

The next scheduled price change is Thursday, Oct. 3,
