A 56-year-old man from Branch who was injured in a Dec. 26 ATV accident died at the Health Sciences Centre on Sunday.
The collision was not initially reported to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
The deceased was the only known occupant of the ATV. The investigation is continuing to determine if alcohol may have contributed to this collision.
