Pair arrested trying to break into downtown business

A 37-year-old man and and a 38-year-old woman have been charged with break and enter and breaches of court orders after trying to break into a downtown business in St. John's overnight.

Both were held for court appearances.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) patrol services and the K9 Unit responded to the complaint of a break and enter in progress shortly after 1 a.m.
