Parking meter thief arrested in St. John's

ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officers arrested an alleged parking meter thief Monday evening in downtown St. John's.

The man was reported to be stealing from meters on Duckworth Street.

Upon arrest, officers determined he was also breaching a court order.

He was held for a provincial court appearance today.
