A vehicle-pedestrian collision in Paradise sent one man to hospital Monday night.
The man was apparently struck by a westbound SUV near the entrance to McDonald’s on Topsail Road at about 8:30 p.m.
St. John’s Regional fire department paramedics as well as Eastern Health paramedics treated the male for a leg injury before he was taken away by ambulance.
It’s not believed that the injury is serious.
The RNC is investigating the incident.
