A tip from a person out for an early-evening stroll helped police arrest and charge a woman from Victoria for impaired driving.
According to a news release, Harbour Grace RCMP received a report from a pedestrian on a possible impaired driver on Sunday, June 16.
Police made a patrol and located the described vehicle on Neck Road in Victoria. A 28-year-old woman from Victoria was found to be impaired by alcohol.
