Police believe fire at former Scotsburn warehouse was arson

GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, N.L. – The RCMP says it suspects a fire at the former Scotsburn warehouse on Hardy Avenue in Grand Falls-Windsor on Aug. 2 was deliberately set.

Police are asking the public to check any video surveillance that might help with the investigation.

Damage was limited to a wooden equipment shelter adjacent to the vacant warehouse and an exterior wall of the warehouse.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP or Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous.
