A section of Cashin Avenue in St. John’s will be closed until 4 p.m. today while the City of St. John’s completes watermain repairs.
The section of the road between Pennywell Road and Mundy Pond road is closed to all vehicles, with an exception for emergency responders, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
The closure is having an impact on Metrobus Routes 1 and 11.
Due to a water main break, routes 1 and 11 are not able to service Cashin Avenue between Mundy Pond Road and Pennywell Road. Bus stop IDs 1070 and 1270 cannot be service during the detour. #nltraffic
