GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, N.L.
A 49-year-old man has been charged with allegedly possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking following a search of residence in Grand Falls-Windsor on Wednesday, Oct. 17.
An undisclosed amount of the drug and cash were seized during the search, according to a RCMP release.
An improperly secured firearm and a stolen all-terrain vehicle (ATV) were also found by police.
As a result, the man, who is from Grand Falls-Windsor, has also been charged with possession of property obtained by crime and unsafe storage of a firearm.
He has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
