The Harbour Grace RCMP responded to a single motor vehicle collision in Old Perlican on the evening of Sept. 21.
According to a RCMP release, when they arrived, police officers found a vehicle had struck a telephone pole.
The driver, a 42-year-old man from Old Perlican, was transported to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and had blood samples taken.
The investigation is continuing.
