Newfoundland Power is working on unplanned power outages at the Bull Arm site this morning (Sunday). The outage also affects Sunnyside, Come by Chance, Southern Harbour, Arnolds Cove Station, Little Harbour and Arnolds Cove.  No word yet as whether power has been restored in the area.
