Some people who used the services of a Paradise real-estate firm are being advised to contact the company after the business was the target of a suspected break-in early Monday.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is investigating the theft of property after a report a break and enter had occurred at 3% Realty, with items taken.

As a result, individuals who had listed their homes with that company within the last five years and who have not changed their locks since are being told to make contact with 3% Realty at 709-782-1302.
