A Royal Newfoundland Constabulary spokesperson told The Telegram on Thursday that the RNC's general investigation unit is still investigating the armed robbery that happened at Lawtons in Kelligrews on Tuesday.
Police did not provide any other details at this time.

Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officers are investigating an armed robbery that happened at Lawtons in Kelligrews around 4 p.m. Tuesday, said Sgt. Chris Harnum.
Harnum said it’s still early in the investigation, but it appears there was one person involved and a weapon was used. There were no injuries reported.
As of 5:30 p.m., RNC officers were still on the scene gathering evidence and statements.
Harnum said he could not confirm what the suspect got away with and could not provide a description of the suspect at this time.
The Telegram received reports of seven RNC cruisers heading over the C.B.S. bypass road with emergency lights on shortly after 4 p.m.
The Telegram also received reports that there were eight police cruisers on the scene at Lawtons in Kelligrews.
