The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a west end St. John’s business around 9:30 p.m. on Monday.
The RNC responded to the call and with the assistance of the K9 unit attempt to locate the culprit but were unsuccessful.
There were no injuries in the robbery that continues to be under investigation.
This was one of the 167 calls the RNC attended during its most recent 24-hour reporting period.
