A 45-year-old man will appear in court today answering to charges stemming from an incident in the east end of St. John’s on Thursday.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary responded to a complaint of property damage and an ensuing investigation led to the arrest of the accused. The individual, however, resisted arrest and assaulted police officers in the process.
He’s also charged with malicious damage to property and uttering threats.
