ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — A man the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary believed to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol early this morning was released to appear in court at a later date.
Officers observed the man near a gas station in the city’s west end around 1:20 a.m. and found him to have a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit.
His license was suspended and the vehicle impounded.
