St. John’s, N.L. — An early morning call to police reporting a taxi driver who appeared to be impaired resulted in charges overnight.
The RNC received the complaint of possible impaired man operating a taxi in the centre of the city of St. John’s around 1:30 Saturday morning.
A 57-year-old male cab driver was charged with impaired driving and failing the Breathalyzer.
He was released to appear in court at a later date.
