St. John’s man charged with breach of emergency protection order

St. John’s, N.L. — A 29-year-old man face the judge Saturday morning after he was arrested in the centre city area for breaching court orders.

The RNC picked the man up shortly before 9 p.m. As a result of the complaint he was charged with breach of court order and breach of emergency protection order under the Family Violence Protection Act.

He was taken to the city lockup and held for court.
