St. John’s man charged with impaired driving, public mischief

Shortly before 1:30 a.m., Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) officers stopped a vehicle in the east end of St. John’s. 

According to an RNC report, the 25-year-old driver was charged with driving while suspended, driving while impaired by alcohol (over 80 mg), and public mischief.

The man was released with a court date.
