St. John’s, N.L. — The RNC pulled a car over on Topsail Road early Wednesday afternoon after after information was received that one of the occupants was wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation.
A 33-year-old man was taken into custody shortly before 1 o’clock on two counts of armed robbery, four charges of breach of firearm prohibition, two counts of aggravating circumstances of home invasion, two counts of using a firearm while committing an offence and breaching court orders.
He will appear in court this (Thursday) morning.
